She proactively addresses client requests and inquiries, identifying opportunities for company growth, and contributing to the implementation of new systems and processes to increase efficiency. Danielle leads our team of Operation Support Specialists, ensuring all customer service matters are handled promptly and accurately. She takes great care in ensuring the accuracy and quality of every document that leaves the office. Danielle's attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in everything she handles. She manages our IT department and the implementation of all new written programs and systems. What Danielle is probably known for, more than anything, is the smile you can hear when she answers the telephone. She is always willing to help our clients in any way possible. Danielle is, bar none, our Goodwill Ambassador and is highly respected for her dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.
