Where the Passion Begins
Danielle Neuman has been with Compliance Alliance for more than 22 years. As our Office Manager, Danielle leads our team of Operations Support Specialists, ensuring all customer service matters are handled as promptly and accurately as possible. She manages our IT department and implementation of all new written programs and systems. In addition, she oversees development of all client materials, and ensures accuracy of everything that leaves our office. What Danielle is probably known for, more than anything however, is the smile you can hear when she answers the telephone. She is always willing to help our clients in any way possible; whether that is creating a custom form or poster to scheduling appointments or registering people for conferences and webinars. Danielle is, bar none, our Goodwill Ambassador!
JANETTE PURDY, CHSP
Safety Operations Director
Janette Purdy is our Safety Operations Director for Compliance Alliance and Infection Control Solutions. In 2011 she earned the coveted Master Level - Certified Healthcare Safety Professional certification. She has spent the majority of the last 17 years working hands-on with our medical and dental practices finding and establishing practical solutions to compliance with the most current OSHA regulations and CDC guidelines. Janette leads our team of Safety Engineers, ensuring their education and training is heads and shoulders above any in the industry. She is responsible for development of onsite training programs and webinars. She assumes responsibility for, and oversees written program development and our research teams, & ensuring comprehensive programs that meet and exceed all regulatory guidelines. Janette readily jumps in whenever necessary in any realm to be certain no task goes uncompleted. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business Healthcare Management.
TRACY WALE, RN, CHSP
President & Founder
Tracy Wale, has been a Registered Nurse for more than 33 years, with a strong background in healthcare compliance, licensure and certification. Her clinical career included acute and chronic dialysis, NICU, PICU, Pedi ED, Burn ICU, and critical care transports including ground, helicopter and fixed wing aircraft. She also held the titles of Director of Women's and Children's Nursing, Director of Children's Nursing and House Supervisor. As an adjunct to her nursing career, Tracy started Compliance Alliance when called upon by a friend to develop his OSHA compliance programs and infection control protocols. A need was identified in private practice, and in 1996, Compliance Alliance was born. The goal: help others discover an easier means to achieve compliance with all of the regulations that face healthcare. Again, in 2011 she founded Infection Control Solutions to meet the needs of providers impacted by new Infection Control Legislation.

CHRISTINA EVANSKI, BS, CHSP
Senior Safety Engineer
Christina Evanski began her journey with Compliance Alliance in September 2013. Christina is a native of Southern Nevada. After high school, she went on to seek a public health degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. During her college career, Christina worked in 2 of the local hospitals as a Patient Safety Administrator and Orthopedic Technician where she fell in love with Infection Control. She interned at the Washoe County Health Department helping pass the Clean Indoor Air Act. In 2013, Christina graduated from UNR with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Sciences. Since joining Compliance Alliance in 2013, Christina has contributed with writing programs, dissemination of regulations, standards and updates to colleagues and clients. She previously worked at the State of Nevada as a Health Facilities Inspector II. She has brought a unique as well as a fun interactive training to the Compliance Alliance team.
TRACEY KURTZ, BS
Safety Engineer I
Tracey Kurtz joined our team in early 2018. She was born and raised in Ohio and lived throughout the east coast. She graduated high school in the Cincinnati area, where she went on to begin her college career at the University of Cincinnati seeking a degree in business. Tracey moved to the Las Vegas valley in August of 2001 and lives in the Summerlin area. She began attending UNLV in 2010, where she took a Sports Injury Management class, which sparked an interest in the medical profession. She completed her studies in 2014 graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences. Tracey is an avid sports fan following New England teams and, of course, our Golden Knights. She also enjoys the gym, hiking with friends, and an array of outdoor activities.
AARON PORTER, MPH
Safety Engineer I
Aaron joined our team in 2018. Aaron was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Arbor View High School; promptly following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force as an aerospace combat medic. During his ten years of active duty service, Aaron gained most of his healthcare experience working in Labor and Delivery, Advance Trauma Life Support, and Outpatient Primary Care. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University while serving honorably in multiple deployed locations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve. Aaron served in the capacity of medical operations safety representative, overseeing 10 clinics in one of the largest military multi-specialty treatment facilities in the US. In 2020, Aaron completed his Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of New England. Aaron is a tremendous addition to our team, and we thank him for his years of honorable service to our great country!
Safety Engineer I
Dylan was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He graduated from McQueen High School where he actively participated in music, playing drums for orchestra and choir ensembles. He went on to attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology with a minor in Biochemistry. During college, Dylan worked in the Environmental Safety & Health Department at UNR. His responsibilities included: regulated waste management and hazardous spill cleanups, sterilization of lab specimens and equipment and protocol development. After college, Dylan worked for a division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company managing their OSHA programs; in addition, he was responsible for employee training, ongoing inspections, and incident investigations.
In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, playing the drums, trips to Lake Tahoe, cooking and visiting with friends.
DYLAN SAXON, BS
The Heart of Our Operation
Financial Operations & Support Specialist
A native of Pennsylvania, and honors graduate of Business Careers Institute. Joy is a proud Gold Star Mother, serving Southern Nevada’s military and veteran community and we thank her and her family for their duty, honor and sacrifice to all Americans. Joy brings twenty-eight years of accounting and customer service experience to this position. Her career thus far has encompassed such responsibilities as helpdesk support, application training, and quality control and assurance. Her life experience is vast and varied. She loves animals, trains exotic animals, and has extensive experience managing in the veterinary environment. We couldn’t be more pleased that she has joined our team, leading our accounting department in all facets of accounts payable and accounts receivable; Joy is ready to assist our clients with any component of billing, webinars, scheduling, issuing continuing education units and much more.
Safety Operations & Support Specialist
Native to California, Chris moved to the Las Vegas Valley in 2001. He graduated from East Career and Technical Academy with an emphasis in Electrical Engineering. He was awarded an internship with the Nevada System of Higher Education while still in High School, and worked under a grant from the Department of Labor soon thereafter. While there, Chris played a key role in their safety management and training programs. He brings with him to Compliance Alliance a tremendous sense of humor combined with a strong background in clerical, administrative, safety management and safety education. He is ready to assist our clients and Safety Engineers with anything from hiking trail recommendations to GHS labels.
Safety Operations & Support Specialist
Dani was born and raised in the Las Vegas Valley. She attended Shadow Ridge High School where most of her time outside of class was spent onstage acting, singing, and dancing. After graduating, Dani was energized by interacting with the people of the community. She moved into customer service-based roles where she gained experience in multiple industries including legal, insurance, and HOA management. She brings to Compliance Alliance her boisterous laugh, sunny disposition, and passion for helping others. When she is not at work, Dani is most likely spending time with her family which also includes 3 rescue dogs. She is eager to assist our clients and Safety Engineers alike with anything they need!
