About the Speaker:
Tracy Wale has been a Registered Nurse for nearly 40 years with a diverse clinical career ranging from hemodialysis, level III NICU, PICU and Adult ICU/CCU. When working clinically, she attained RNC and CCRN certifications in Level III NICU care. She worked as part of the NICU helicopter/ambulance critical care transport team. She has an extensive administrative career in director positions of both Maternal/Child Nursing and Children’s Nursing services. Tracy successfully achieved the coveted Masters Level Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) certification in 2011 at the top of her class. Tracy’s goal is to help others discover a simpler more comprehensive means to becoming compliant with all of the regulations that face healthcare.
